Preferences

Use the following options to customize your default search settings. These settings will be applied to all future searches.

Theme

Choose how Dogpile looks. System follows your device’s setting and changes automatically. Your choice is saved on this device.

Search Filter

Filter potentially explicit content from search results. Filter: None will return potentially graphic results.

Warning: The Search Filter is designed to filter out sexually explicit material from your results. However, we cannot guarantee that all explicit material will be removed.

None

All search results will be returned, including any with explicit content.

Moderate

Multimedia search results will be filtered with as much potentially explicit content as possible removed. Web search results will not be screened.

Heavy

All results will be filtered, including Web and Multimedia search results with as much explicit content removed as possible.

Recent Searches

Track and display your 10 most recent searches in the sidebar.

Open Links in New Window

When you click on a search result, the page will open in a new browser window while leaving all other desktop windows open.
